The Lazio TAR, with 26 provisions filed on October 29, 2009, rejected all the appeals lodged by the producers against the antitrust provision with which it was ascertained the existence of a cartel between them concerning the prices of pasta. The consequent sanction imposed on them was therefore confirmed.
