The new business established by the Avvocatura dello Stato in 2007 reached, throughout Italy, the number of approximately 200,000 (approximately 50,000 in the Rome headquarters), with a slight decrease compared to the 215,000 of the previous year

With sentence no.4991 of 8.7.2008, the Court of Turin accepted the requests proposed by the Ministry of the Environment against Syndial Spa (formerly Enichem), condemning it to pay the sum of approximately 1.9 billion by way of environmental damag
