Technical consultancy related to the functions of the ECHR Government Agent

The art. 1 paragraph 173, law n. 160 of 2019 provides:

"The State Advocacy provides for the charges deriving from the missions and technical consultancy related to the functions of the Government Agent in defense of the Italian State before the European Court of Human Rights and from the missions related to the defensive activity at the Court of justice of the European Union. To this end, the maximum expenditure of 200,000 euros per year is authorized starting from the year 2020 ".
