Review - Summary of the reasoning : The link to the publication of 2 Circulars of the Attorney General concerning actions for compensation for damages for events that occurred during the Second World War has been communicated in light of the decision of 3/2/2012 of the Court of The Hague. Documents originating from the government cannot be demonstrated as they are covered by professional secrecy (ex articles 622 of the criminal code and 200 of the criminal code) falling within the cases of absolute exception referred to in paragraph 3 of the art. 5 bis of Legislative Decree no. 33/2013.
