By decree of the State Advocate General dated 8 March 2018, appointed President of the Commission of the competition as State Advocate.

Appointed in May 2019 President of the Commission for examining the public competition, based on qualifications and exams, for an executive with an international legal profile in the role of the Guarantor for the protection of personal data.

With DPR on 8 August 2019 she was appointed State Advocate General.

With DPR on 12 September 2019 she was awarded the honorary distinction of Knight of the Grand Cross of the order "Merit of the Italian Republic".
