The legislative decree n. 33 of 2013 (as amended by Legislative Decree 97 of 2016) establishes, in art. 35 third paragraph, which public administrations publish on the institutional website: " the telephone numbers and the institutional e-mail address of the office responsible for the activities aimed at managing, guaranteeing and verifying the transmission of data or direct access to them from part of the proceeding Administrations pursuant to articles 43, 71 and 72 of the decree of the President of the Republic of 28 December 2000, n. 445 ".
