Reporting of wrongdoing - Whistleblowing
Legislative decree no. 24/2023 regulates the protection of people who report violations of national or European Union regulatory provisions that harm the public interest or the integrity of the public administration or private entity, of which they became aware in a work context public or private (so-called Whistleblowing).
Reporting channels
1. internal (managed by the State Attorney's Office);
2. external (managed by ANAC);
3. public disclosure;
4. report to the judicial or accounting authority.
Who can report
All employees of the State Attorney's Office and all subjects who are even temporarily in working relationships with the Administration or with a private body even if they do not have the qualification of employees.
What can be reported
Behavior, acts or omissions that harm the public interest or the integrity of the administration and which consist of:
1. administrative, accounting, civil or criminal offences;
2. significant illicit conduct pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 231/2001, or violations of the organization and management models provided therein;
3. offenses falling within the scope of application of European Union or national acts relating to the following sectors: public procurement; financial services, products and markets and prevention of money laundering and terrorist financing; product safety and compliance; transport safety; environmental Protection; radiation protection and nuclear safety; food and feed safety and animal health and welfare; public health; consumer protection; protection of privacy and protection of personal data and security of networks and information systems;
4. acts or omissions detrimental to the financial interests of the Union;
5. acts or omissions concerning the internal market;
6. acts or behaviors that nullify the object or purpose of the provisions set out in Union acts.
How to report internally
Through the dedicated platform accessible at the following url: https://avvocaturastato.pawhistleblowing.it/#/ . Anyone who intends to report must necessarily specify that it is a "whistleblowing report".
Users are requested not to use the channel for disputes, claims or complaints related to a personal interest.
