The Independent Evaluation Body does not operate at the State Attorney's Office, correct opinion of the Council of State, First Section, n. 2933/2010 of 15 December 2010.
Pursuant to art. 13 of the Presidential Decree of 29 October 2021, n. 214, the Performance Evaluation Body was established, composed of a Deputy State Attorney General, who chairs it, and two State lawyers, appointed by the Attorney General.
The mandate of the members of the body lasts three years and is renewable no more than once.
