Supplementary agreement governing the use of the single administration fund for the year 2010, for the purpose of financing economic progress within the areas.

On 6 October 2010 at 10.30 am, at the State Advocacy General, the meeting between the State Advocacy, in the person of the Secretary General Avv. Ruggero Di Martino and the representative trade union organizations takes place.

In this regard, the parties

Given the hypothesis of an agreement signed on January 22, 2010 by the trade unions.
CGIL-FP, CISL-FPS, UIL-PA, FLP and CONFSAL-UNSA;

Given the technical-financial and explanatory report of February 2, 2010
certified on 12 April 2010 by the Central Budget Office at the Ministry
Economy and Finance;

Having regard to the note of 22 July 2010, prot. n. 34552, of the Presidency of the Council
of Ministers, Department of Public Administration, Trade Union Relations Office,
Collective Bargaining Service,

subscribe

the annexed Supplementary Agreement containing the rules for the use of the Single Fund of
Administration for the year 2010, for the purpose of financing the progressions
economic within the areas.
